We cannot accept returns of purchased items due to safety and hygiene reasons. Please ensure that you check the product upon receiving it.
Receiving Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but if you receive a damaged or an incorrect item, contact us with a photo of the product within 14 days at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then reship or refund your purchase.
If your refund request is approved, the funds will return to your original payment method. Please note that it may take time for the bank or credit card company to process the refund.
